Skills to Success, founded in 1990 by Pat Kirkland, is dedicated to offering practical, powerful communication programs that teach people how to transform their relationships by changing how they communicate.

Far more than an inspirational speaker and trainer, Pat has developed the Predator, Prey, or Partner model, which presents a new way of increasing influence by discovering how the non-verbal Invisible Power Game plays out in business relationships and communication.
