In 1990, Pat Kirkland started a company with a purpose, the 'soul' purpose of creating a world that works together better. Our business mission - to offer practical, powerful communication programs teaching people how to transform their relationships by changing how they communicate. Evolution1989 – Pat begins transition from corporate employee to entrepreneur
1990 – Pat sets up a small consulting firm with a soul goal to 'Help humanity move one step closer'
1992 – Pat develops her unique Laser Coaching approach to rave reviews
1996 – Pat quickly becomes one of the most popular seminar leaders for the Women Unlimited program
1998 – The company incorporates on Jan 1, 1998
1998 – Videotaping is integrated into all programs
1999 – A wonderful virtual assistant, LeAnn Erimli, joins Pat to help with the administrative work
2002 – The company relocates from Mt. View, CA to Austin, TX
2003 – Pat debuts her ground breaking Predator, Prey or Partner™ model
2003 – Pat’s brother, sister and friends to join her as coaches in delivering her programs
2004 – Pat speaks to over 1000 at the Microsoft Women’s Conference
2006 – Pat is asked back to Microsoft and pictures of her as the Predator, Prey and Partner appear on the big screen
2008 – Allyson Ingerman joins the company as the second employee. Under her direction Skills to Success, Inc. quickly grows to a virtual company with 7 employees and 7 coaches. WOW!
